（中央社記這陳政偉台北21日電）台北市政府指遠雄大巨蛋工程涉及違反建築法第58條，都市發展局以書面勒令遠雄巨蛋公司立即停工，營建署今天表示，這是地方政府職權，如果出於事實認定，當然可以依法執行。

台北市都發局長林洲民稍早表示，台北市政府作為大巨蛋的主管機關，依據建築法第58條，要求遠雄停工，主要是因捷運產生裂縫、古蹟損毀、環評承諾事項並未遵循。

針對大巨蛋安全防火避難設計，營建署之前曾說明，大巨蛋防火避難性能計畫書經 5次會議審查才評定通過，審查時間長達3年6個月，並非外界所說，在有公安疑慮情形下給予認可。1040521
